1982年より続くグランメゾン「レストランひらまつ広尾」。二代目シェフ平松大樹氏とともに、次世代へ向けて新たな進化を遂げようとする同レストランをPULPがサポート。「進化する伝統(それはリアル・ガストロノミーの世界)」をコンセプトに、Webサイトとレストランメニューを担当しました。

Since its foundation in 1982, Michelin star-awarded Hirumatsu Hiroo has become the cornerstone destination for French dining in Japan. Following in the footsteps of founder-chef Hiroyuki Hiramatsu, successor Hiroki Hiramatsu continues to innovate and produce world-class French cuisine from the heart of Tokyo. To help Hirumatsu in their pursuit of delivering an evolving, innovating dining experience, PULP redesigned its website and in-restaurant menus.
